This fruit delight is a complete dessert full of nutrition and is very common in Pakistani Cuisine (with the name lab-e-Shirin ). Any fruit can be used in this recipe for instance bananas, apples, grapes, etc. The addition of milk, whipped cream makes it a healthy dessert. Still it's simple and easy to make and usually served after cooling for sometimes in a refrigerator.

Tips and Tricks

  • Almonds: To remove the skin of almonds easily, soak them in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
