From 18 January to 15 February 15 2012, the readers of the About.com GuideSite to Islam nominated their favorite Quran reciters, Islamic apps, and Muslim musicians/nasheed artists.*
The results are now in! For each category below, you will find a list of the finalists and a link to cast your vote. No more than one vote per user will be accepted each day.
Voting opened at 12:00 AM EST on Wednesday, 22 February 2012, and will close at 11:59 PM EST on Wednesday, 21 March 2012. The winners will be announced on 30 March 2012, here on the About.com Islam GuideSite. (To be notified automatically when the winners are announced, simply sign up for our free Islam newsletter!)
*Two other categories received few nominations and are being removed from the voting process: Favorite Muslim Baby Name, and Best Muslim to Follow on Twitter.
