Muslim Response to Sandy

For the past several days, the charity program Islamic Relief USA has been managing shelters in New Jersey for those affected by Hurricane Sandy.  Their Disaster Relief Assistance Team (DART) staff and volunteers have years of experience responding to emergencies such as tornadoes, wildfires, and other hurricanes.  Also see the Huffington Post coverage of the wider response to Hurricane Sandy from chaplains and faith-based organizations.  May those suffering find patience and strength.
