Returning From Hajj

Many of my friends and colleagues are now returning from Hajj.  They are universally exhausted, exhilirated, happy, and nostalgic.  Some of them are getting sick with cold and flu symptoms, an expected consequence of being in such a large gathering of people from all around the world.  They find it difficult to put their experience into words.  The glistening tears and peaceful smiles on their faces tell the whole story.

Did you travel for Hajj this year, or have you gone for Hajj before?  Please try to find the words to share your experience with other readers.

Hajj, is a place you always remember, especially during the session and wish you are there again and again. Alhamdulillah may Allah accept it as an act of ibadah for those who went before and those who have just completed the Hajj rite.

Actually I was overwhelmed with joy to have found myself performing this year’s 2010 Hajj. In fact it was an experience that words cannot explain I doubt whether one could see such a crowd at any other place than Saudi Arabia except in the year after I pray that may the Almighty God avail the opportunity to those who are willing to go in fulfulment of religious obligations
