Misconception is only due to ignorance, never heard that muslims believe in moon god, though there are other misconceptions, for a true BELIVER misconception makes no harm to an individual.

Ignorance is the problem. People always have a tendency to talk about something they don’t know about. Read and learn before you speak…that’s some advice. (^__^)

Just a thought (and I know this is a Muslim site) but what myths do Muslims either believe or perpetuate about Christians/Christianity? And, on both sides of the spectrum are any of the myths based on a measure of reality?

I think with any religion there are misunderstandings. It’s up to the person if they want to take the time to
find out about something that is diffrent to them..

differences are a bless.
it depends on how we accept differences. we’ve already known that islam is the last religion sent by Allah and it’s the perfect one.what we can do toward other religion is only by respecting it. this way, we refer to Surah 112:4.

As Salaam Alaykom:

It is humorous in a sick sort of way. As a now non-practicing Muslima, I may be making more converts to Islam than I did before. Ha !

Being very knowlegable about both Christianity and The Islam, I often talk to Christians about Islam; their questions about Allah swt (I believe the Christian, Muslim and God of the Jews are one in the same), and about Isa pbuh (I believe Jesus and Isa pbuh are the same person.

In Portland, Oregon, it is fairly rare that one finds a Muslim who will even speak to a non-Muslim

I think that here, Muslims perpetuate their own so called persecutions.

I think the problem is the ignorance and people depend on others to make up their reviews , if they just open some neutral sites they will come to the truth by themselve. The right is so clear like the sun what we do is just covering the sunlight with one finger of ignorance!!!! salam and all the best.

i read this kind of site’s manny times and i just sit here and read what my muslim and non muslim brothers and sisters write here and it always going about differends between fait and believe-in allah -god maybe we have to STOP whit that.
and insted of that we have maybe start to discover the similarities between the two faiths.
that is maybe a little stap to become a little closere to eachother.
in de islam and also in the christian world you have to respect and take care of others i know this because im a muslima who has growing up in a christian family (i acept the islam as my believe in god in my life and the most beatiful of believing is that my mam and brothers and sisters always loved me no matter wat and that is wat faith is love harmony and peace!!allah is great beloved and all nowing.
so my (muslim and christian brothers and sisters lets save the world and starting with yourself!!!
